Role Overview:
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a learning journey to understand the complete process of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, comprehensive training, and hands-on experience, you will advance from document review to administering basic plans. You will review documents submitted by clients, actively update clients on progress, and assist them in comprehending the year-end reporting documents required for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
