As the primary liaison among the returns operations team, warehouse, customer service, and quality departments, this position is crucial for fostering seamless collaboration and ongoing enhancement of the return process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the returns team managing damaged and expired products.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on handling, documentation, and process adherence.
- Devise and implement strategies to optimize return operations.
- Identify and execute process enhancements to minimize losses and maximize recovery.
- Coordinate with inbound logistics and stock control teams to ensure a smooth return flow of products.
