Qualifications
What you will bring:Experience in calculating PIWE and collaborating closely with payrollReturn to Work Coordinator Certificate (SIRA accredited) - desirable but not mandatoryCertificate IV in Human Resource Management - desirable but not mandatoryA minimum of 12 months' experience as a RTW Coordinator or a People and Culture AdministratorProven ability to lead the coordination of worker's compensation claims and early intervention processesStrong understanding of workers compensation legislation and guidelines as they pertain to claims management and rehabilitation effortsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersMeticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

Join our dynamic People, Culture and Safety team as a Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator. This role is pivotal in facilitating the recovery of injured or ill workers through the development of safe, efficient, and sustainable return-to-work plans.
The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
