Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Returns and Claims Associate to oversee and resolve customer and partner claims throughout the organization. This role encompasses a wide array of claim types, including logistics complications, service quality disagreements, billing inconsistencies, product-related claims, and contractual exceptions.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring fair, timely, and policy-compliant claim resolution, while upholding superior standards of communication, documentation, and continuous process enhancement.
