Join Our Team as a Returns Clerk!
Located at 450 Ingenuity Ave, Sparks, NV 89441, we are looking for a dedicated Returns Clerk to handle the processing of customer returns efficiently. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center, Credit department, UPS, and occasionally with customers to ensure accurate documentation and handling of returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log all returned and delivered items, researching any returns lacking Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) as needed.
- Process return paperwork promptly after ensuring all items are returned to their proper locations.
- Communicate effectively with the Customer Care Center regarding returned orders and occasionally liaise with customers and UPS.
- Verify that returned products match inventory and oversee the reshipping process.
- Restock returned products in designated low and high bay locations.
- Invoice all restocked credit memos and modify returns paperwork when necessary.
- Notify SanMar employees of received packages and deliver priority packages and mail within the facility promptly.
- Create and print credit memos and freight invoices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.
