About the Role
As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive revenue recognition process for our consolidated company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition and reconciliation across various systems, including accounting and billing platforms. This role demands extensive expertise in revenue recognition accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in report generation using SQL, Excel, and other tools. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Product & Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for all revenue-related inquiries and reporting needs.
Automate and streamline reporting for revenue, accounts receivable, and implicit price concessions (IPC).
Consistently reconcile charges and collections between Equip’s billing system (AMD), EHR system, and bank records.
Lead initiatives to improve revenue recognition processes and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with the Finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
