- Effectively communicate booking quality processes and ensure accurate data input into the Property Management System (PMS) for the reservation and front office teams.
- Conduct regular audits on data input and quality, focusing on segmentation and tracking of denials.
- Maintain and update the event database in the Revenue Management System (RMS).
- Evaluate hotel performance metrics in the RMS to inform strategic decision-making.
- Research market trends and competitor pricing, including closed dates, to develop future pricing strategies.
- Assess contract performance metrics such as pricing, allotments, and room sales before making renewal decisions.
- Provide support in preparing the annual revenue budget to align with business goals.
