Your Role
As a Revenue Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to delve into Revenue Management. The first year is designed as a learning trajectory, focusing on specific areas each quarter. You will effectively work with various systems, enhance your analytical skills, and gain insights into pricing strategies.
You will be part of a motivated team involved in significant projects, including the current PMS transition. This role not only offers a steep learning curve but also the chance to make an impact and jumpstart your career in Revenue Management.

Will you ensure that the pricing models for our diverse hotels remain optimal alongside your team?
In collaboration with your team, you'll ensure that the pricing models for our hotels are optimally structured and managed. In this role, you will engage in:
Mastering Systems: You will work with systems such as PMS (Property Management System), RMS (Revenue Management System), and the Channel Manager. You will check data, make adjustments, and advise the Revenue Manager on effective management where necessary.
Effective Communication: You will respond to inquiries from various stakeholders and assist hotels with clear communication on revenue-related topics.
Support in Analyses and Strategies: You will assist the team with standard tasks, simple analyses, and projects related to corporate and leisure pricing.
Setting Priorities and Identifying Issues: You will learn to work efficiently, recognize deviations in hotel operations, and discuss these with your team lead or the Revenue Manager.
Building Knowledge in Revenue Management: You will learn the basic principles of supply and demand, public pricing, business mix, and forecasting, applying this knowledge practically under guidance.
Throughout this journey, you will develop the skills necessary to eventually conduct independent Revenue analyses and provide strategic advice to smaller hotels. With appropriate guidance and experience, you can advance to the next level in your Revenue Management career!
Your Team
The entire Revenue team consists of 18 enthusiastic colleagues. Together, we work on optimizing pricing strategies and revenue for our hotels. We operate in clusters, allowing for daily close contact with colleagues.
