The Role of Revenue Growth Consultant (DR+)
We are on the lookout for commercially-savvy professionals with extensive hands-on experience in hotel revenue management who are eager to transition into a consultative technology sales role. Your core mission will be to serve as the subject matter expert within our sales team, engaging with existing SiteMinder customers to demonstrate the value and transformative potential of adopting DR+. This position emphasizes delivering strategic outcomes rather than merely discussing features. You will utilize your operational expertise to facilitate credible, solution-oriented conversations that showcase how DR+ effectively addresses real-world pricing challenges faced by hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Upselling: Proactively engage with existing SiteMinder customers (warm leads) to initiate comprehensive, consultative discussions focused on the benefits of DR+.
Customer Education: Deliver in-depth training and insights to clients about the functionalities and advantages of DR+, enhancing their overall experience and value realization.
Strategic Consultations: Analyze client needs and market conditions to provide tailored recommendations that align with their revenue goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on customer engagement metrics to ensure continuous improvement and successful adoption of DR+.
