We are on the lookout for a strategic and collaborative Revenue Operations Analyst to bridge our business teams and operational functions seamlessly. This role is vital for ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent cross-functional communication abilities, a solid grasp of revenue processes, and experience in enhancing operations within a dynamic, rapidly-growing environment.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Creyos, you will:
- Assist in pipeline management, lead routing, and forecasting efforts.
- Facilitate the implementation of initiatives outlined by Sales and Revenue leadership.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Salesforce users.
- Collaborate with teams to assess performance and optimize lead management, account management, and activity tracking.
- Assist with compensation tracking and reporting.
- Create dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership, analyzing pipeline health and funnel metrics to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collect feedback from end-users on workflows, dashboards, and processes to share with senior team members.
Salesforce & Systems:
- Manage user accounts, security settings, roles, and permissions.
- Oversee daily Salesforce configurations including fields, flows, and more.
