About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Revenue Operations Lead who will be responsible for developing and scaling the systems, processes, and data that drive our go-to-market (GTM) engine. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance funnel performance, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights.Your primary objective will be to establish a robust RevOps function that oversees pricing strategy, compensation design, lead routing, capacity planning, and operational excellence.What You’ll DoManage comprehensive GTM systems: HubSpot, dashboards, lead routing, attribution, and automationDevelop and maintain essential reporting metrics across the funnel: inbound → closed won → expansionAssist in tracking AE/SDR performance, quota models, and commission structuresCollaborate with the Marketing team on campaign tracking and lead quality analysisWork with Customer Success on renewals, expansion tracking, and NRR metricsCreate scalable processes and documentation as we expand to 10x the GTM teamPartner with the VP of Sales and CEO on key dashboard and KPI tracking
