Your mission will be to guarantee data clarity and operational efficiency throughout the entire customer journey, from initial lead engagement to long-term retention.
- Ensure a "single source of truth" by managing database hygiene, lead routing, and the complete lead-to-cash process.
- Oversee the tech stack and design scalable integrations between the CRM and third-party tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo/Clay, minimizing data friction.
- Analyze data to pinpoint bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement automated workflows to enhance team efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, offering proactive insights to leadership and GTM teams.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline health, sales velocity, and churn trends.
- Promote team adoption of tools, processes, and integrations through data-supported training sessions and comprehensive documentation.
