Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Optimize and maintain our end-to-end go-to-market processes, ensuring smooth transitions between Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success from lead generation to sales and expansion.Manage and enhance the go-to-market technology stack (including Marketing automation, CRM, Sales outreach, and Customer Success tools) to ensure high data quality, seamless integrations, and strong user adoption.Provide strategic thought leadership and ensure accurate tracking and reporting on key revenue drivers and performance metrics across departments.Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to support forecasting, territory alignment, and capacity planning through regular operating reviews (e.g., weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews).Act as the administrator of the go-to-market tech stack, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, along with ongoing support and troubleshooting.Analyze data across Sales and Marketing teams, delivering valuable insights to management, stakeholders, and team members.Work with go-to-market leaders to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to boost win rates, shorten sales cycles, and enhance expansion and renewal outcomes.Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership to develop strategies and processes for accurately reporting on all stages of the go-to-market funnel.Assist with pricing and packaging decisions and new product or segment launches through data analysis and measurement plans.

Responsibilities include revenue reporting, pipeline management, go-to-market analytics, and process design initiatives. This position will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to boost go-to-market alignment and operational excellence, focusing on conversion, retention, and expansion strategies.
