The Role
You will be the first dedicated Revenue Operations professional at Sibill. You will work closely with the founders and the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align people, data, and tools towards efficient and predictable growth.
Your work will not remain behind the scenes: you will empower decisions, accelerate sales, and create order where needed - supported by technology and AI.
Your Responsibilities
Stack & Systems
Design and implement the entire RevOps stack (CRM, automations, integrations), guiding Sibill towards the design and execution of AI-native processes on the GTM motion, achieving concrete cost efficiencies and increased effectiveness.
Make HubSpot the single source of truth for the business.
Automate lead routing, deal flow, and SLAs.
Integrate Marketing, Sales, and CS without gaps in the funnel.
Data & Metrics
Govern the end-to-end funnel: MQL → SQL → Closed Won → Expansion.
Build dashboards and KPIs on pipeline, conversions, forecast accuracy, and cycle time.
Ensure continuous CRM hygiene and data quality.
Support weekly forecasting with clear signals on risks and stalled deals.
Processes & Playbooks
Document Sales and CS processes and develop playbooks.
