About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to architect, enhance, and oversee our go-to-market systems and processes. This pivotal role will be responsible for the comprehensive revenue engine at Pump, ensuring complete alignment and support for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will leverage data, tools, and insights to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with a successful history in revenue operations, extensive expertise in HubSpot CRM, and a knack for transforming complex data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of HubSpot CRM for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor pipeline activity, revenue performance, and forecasting precision.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights that shape our go-to-market strategy.
- Streamline lead routing, territory assignments, and ensure the cleanliness of the sales pipeline.
- Oversee tech stack integrations (HubSpot and additional tools) to guarantee data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Champion operational excellence in sales process design, forecasting, compensation planning, and performance evaluation.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on revenue objectives.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve scalability and minimize friction within the go-to-market engine.
