THE ROLE
We are seeking a meticulous and team-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to become a vital member of our Commercial Operations team at Form3. This pivotal role is situated at the crossroads of Deal Desk and broader RevOps, facilitating efficient and scalable commercial execution across our organization.
In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to assist with pricing proposals, coordinate approvals for non-standard deals, and manage contract processes. Your contributions will also extend to responding to RFPs/RFIs and ensuring the integrity of data across our systems.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual early in their RevOps career, eager to gain expertise in deal execution, pricing, and commercial processes within a rapidly growing fintech environment.
Deal Desk & Pricing
- Assist with contract management processes, including issuing documents for signatures and capturing key terms post-signature.
- Support end-to-end RFP and RFI processes, coordinating inputs from various teams to deliver high-quality and timely submissions.
- Contribute to the development of pricing proposals, collaborating with the Senior Deal Desk Specialist on complex deal structures.
- Coordinate non-standard deal approvals with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure seamless and compliant deal execution.
Revenue Operations & Enablement
- Maintain accurate deal and contract data in Salesforce and other systems of record.
- Create and manage customer subscriptions as part of order management, ensuring an accurate downstream handoff to billing and provisioning.
- Develop and maintain Sales process enablement materials, contributing to the overall success of our revenue operations.
