Position: Revenue Operations Specialist
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: $1,300 - $2,100 (based on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to spearhead the development of in-depth Amazon brand audits for our potential clients. You will be responsible for producing around 100 comprehensive brand audits each year, pinpointing performance gaps, and converting intricate data into actionable growth strategies.
This role transcends conventional ASIN-level analysis and emphasizes overall brand performance, including growth strategy formulation, storefront optimization, and advertising effectiveness.
We are in search of a long-term team member (2–3+ years) dedicated to establishing and scaling a best-in-class audit framework.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Performance Analysis
- Evaluate internal brand data, including Amazon business reports, advertising metrics (sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display), API feeds, and third-party analytics tools.
- Spot gaps in revenue growth trends, conversion rates, traffic performance, catalog structuring, inventory management, advertising efficiency (ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin), and competitive positioning.
Audit Development & Delivery
- Fill out a structured 35-slide brand audit framework with insights and recommendations.
- Tailor insights to each prospective client while ensuring process efficiency.
- Generate actionable recommendations focusing on growth drivers, storefront optimization, advertising strategies, pricing profitability, and brand positioning on Amazon.
Framework & Process Optimization
- Continuously enhance and refine the audit model.
- Create scalable processes to facilitate the delivery of approximately 100 audits annually.
- Identify automation opportunities (dashboards, data pipelines, templates).
- Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Strategy teams to align insights with pitching strategies.
Strategic Support
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams during pre-sales discussions.
- Convert audit findings into compelling growth narratives.
- Support revenue operations initiatives with data-driven insights.
