Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations for Sales and Marketing by delivering prompt, dependable technical and operational support across essential systems. This role emphasizes issue resolution, data support, and streamlining processes for Revenue teams. A strong sense of ownership is crucial, as the Specialist will take complete responsibility for requests and drive them through to resolution.
Primary Duties
Serve as the primary support for Sales and Marketing teams, providing swift and reliable assistance with daily operational and technical inquiries, including but not limited to:
Troubleshooting issues within the RevTech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Hubspot, and related tools), addressing system errors, access issues, and various user blockers.
Creating records upon request: contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc., while ensuring proper data structure and hierarchy.
