Position Overview
As a Revenue Specialist focused on First Party Auto, you will investigate and analyze Motor Vehicle Accident accounts to effectively identify and coordinate insurance benefits while resolving outstanding balances for our clients. This role involves direct interaction with patients and insurance carriers until the first party claim is processed and resolved. You will be entrusted with handling patient health information (PHI), requiring a commitment to maintaining the utmost privacy and security regarding confidential and proprietary information.
