Role Mission
As part of the People department, your mission will be to ensure that our employee value proposition remains competitive, fair, and sustainable. You will play a crucial role in maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness of our compensation packages, closely collaborating with the Rewards, Payroll, and Labor teams to orchestrate impeccable administrative and salary management.
How You Will Help Us Achieve Our Mission
Your day-to-day activities will have a direct impact on talent satisfaction and retention:
- Salary Architecture: You will manage both global and local salary structures (ranges, bands, levels) and provide support in job evaluations to maintain internal consistency.
- Compensation Cycles: You will assist in the administrative execution of the annual salary review plan, promotions, and adjustments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- Compensation Policy & Incentives: You will participate in the administration of variable compensation plans and long-term incentives (Stock Options), ensuring their proper implementation.
- Market Intelligence (Benchmarking): You will conduct analyses of external competitiveness and internal equity, managing salary survey vendors and generating insightful reports.
