In the role of RF Signal Processing Specialist (m/f/d), you will take charge of the development and optimization of low-level RF signal processing algorithms that play a critical role in enhancing our production communication and sensing capabilities.
This position is hands-on and product-oriented, with a clear focus on advancing algorithms from theoretical analysis to robust, production-ready implementations.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret low-level Software Defined Radio (SDR) IQ data streams.
Develop and implement sophisticated signal quality metrics that exceed traditional key performance indicators (KPIs).
Research and leverage signals of opportunity for innovative drone-based applications.
Design and implement advanced signal detection and classification algorithms utilizing correlation and statistical approaches.
Implement and integrate emitter detection and localization algorithms into existing systems.
Benchmark, select, and integrate SDR platforms for commercial production.
Validate algorithm performance using both live and recorded RF data.
Collaborate closely with RF application and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system performance.
