Qualifications
Essential Job FunctionsPrepare RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and various client requests through writing, editing, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and timely delivery.Critically evaluate the relevance and accuracy of content supplied by internal stakeholders.Assist in maintaining the central content repository to ensure responses remain current.Support the creation of client presentations, including material preparation and on-site agenda management.Respond to industry surveys and assist Business Development teams with relevant projects and analyses.Other RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or Liberal Arts.At least 2 years of experience in financial services (preferably in private equity or investment management) or paralegal work.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a writing sample will be required.Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, quickly adapting, and managing competing priorities in a detail-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.

Position Overview

This role involves crafting proposals, presentations, and analyses to meet prospective client requests while collaborating with diverse teams across the firm, including research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and project management abilities, a keen interest in private markets (including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt), and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial or legal services. A bachelor’s degree, maturity, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
