As the Partner Director within the RippleX Partner Success team, you will spearhead initiatives that drive innovation, adoption, and measurable outcomes throughout the XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem, particularly within the rapidly evolving sectors of Institutional DeFi and asset tokenization.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of crucial and high-stakes partnerships, ranging from prominent fintech companies to top-tier financial institutions. You will guide these partners through their entire journey—from conceptualization to integration and large-scale deployment on the XRPL. Acting as a strategic ally, you will provide thought leadership, navigate complex challenges, and shape long-term utility and ecosystem results.
In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders both within Ripple and partner organizations, driving execution and enabling innovation across financial markets and blockchain applications.

As a Senior Partner Manager on the RippleX Partner Success team, you will be pivotal in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of distinguished partners, guiding them at every stage of their journey—from ideation to integration to launch and expansion.
This role is highly active and hands-on, requiring you to shape tokenization strategies, architect on-chain utility, and eliminate obstacles in dynamic, high-stakes settings. Your daily tasks will encompass in-depth technical discussions and executive-level strategic planning, always with the objective of maximizing partner success and fostering significant on-ledger activity.
