Your Role:
In this position, you will manage the administration of insurance policies for complex and corporate risks. You will draft the policy and invoice, ensuring that the systems are accurately updated and handle all related administrative tasks. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues to arrive at the best solutions for our clients.

As a Risk Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through your attention to detail and enthusiasm, ensuring that all information is accurately reflected in our systems.
Your Weekly Overview:
· 40% Inputting new and amended policy details into Level 7 (our administration system) including premium calculations;
· 20% Monitoring the progress of changes;
· 10% Collaborating with colleagues to develop optimal policies for clients;
· 10% Exchanging documents with insurers via eABS and the IDOS platform;
· 10% Conducting sanction checks for insurance policies;
· 10% Collecting necessary documents for client dispatch.
About Our Team and Organization:
The policy management team consists of approximately 15 colleagues working from our offices in The Hague and Den Bosch. Together, we focus on the administration of policies. Within this team, you will be supported and encouraged to develop your skills and contribute to our collective success.
