Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely processing of withdrawals and thorough document reviews.Investigate and address escalated payment and fraud-related customer inquiries.Analyze player activity to proactively identify and report potential fraud or AML concerns.Support customer service with payment-related questions.Assist with chargeback disputes and fraud investigations as necessary.Review and accept or reject KYC documents submitted by patrons.Update patron records and complete the KYC process manually.Document changes to player accounts per jurisdictional requirements.Assist in the intake of additional documents as needed.Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, as well as regulatory requirements.Stay updated on policy and regulatory changes to maintain expertise.Remain aware of relevant quality assurance policies and procedures.Collaborate with other Risk and Payments Analysts to ensure quality assurance across all tasks and responsibilities.Timely escalation of issues to management.Provide constructive feedback to product and management teams regarding player concerns.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring:Understanding of iGaming, sports wagering, payment processing, and various payment methods/providers.Experience in risk analysis and fraud detection.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a dynamic player in a rapidly expanding industry, we are seeking a dedicated Risk & Payments Analyst. This pivotal role will involve comprehensive risk monitoring, payment processing, and management of KYC documentation. Key responsibilities include overseeing withdrawal processes, conducting document reviews, managing chargebacks and returns, investigating fraud, and maintaining customer communications related to these areas.
New team members will participate in an intensive training program for the first two weeks, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon successful completion of training, employees will shift to a regular schedule of 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, working four 10-hour shifts each week, including one weekend day.
