Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a trader or risk manager within a trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank, or asset management company.Deep understanding of various trading strategies and market dynamics, including market-making and long-term trading approaches.Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, economics, computer science, electrical engineering, or statistics.Proficiency in Python, Linux, and SQL is essential.Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including traders, operations, and fellow risk managers.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly.
