Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with the Rehab Manager and other leaders to ensure unified management of field staff.
- Oversee clinical documentation to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Work with office staff to assign the most suitable clinicians to each client.
- Facilitate the development and updates of client care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Coordinate client care and act as an internal case manager and advocate.
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process for field staff.
- Represent BAYADA in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
