Key Responsibilities:Gain a robust understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools.Engage daily with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through various communication channels.Oversee a designated caseload, ensuring adherence to service delivery and quality standards.Foster working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Assist leadership in identifying and escalating issues as needed.Monitor and track the progress of all assigned work-in-progress issues.Proactively resolve issues to meet turnaround time expectations.Participate actively in process improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and member Personal Health Information (PHI) standards.Fulfill additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service or production environment.Familiarity with general or health insurance.Proficient in manipulating and accurately entering data in a production-driven setting.

Role Overview:
In this volume-driven customer service and production role, you will manage daily operations essential to the functioning of our health insurance services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers and handling back-office tasks while adhering to established operating procedures.
You will report directly to the Team Lead of Provider Services.
Work Environment: This position is entirely remote for candidates residing in Georgia. While most of your work will be conducted from your home office, occasional travel may be necessary for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote
Compensation Transparency: The hourly wage for this position is $19.00. Additionally, you will have access to employee benefits and accrue vacation time at a rate of 15 days per year.
