Key Responsibilities:
As a Roving Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience through your caring demeanor and problem-solving skills. Your ability to connect with people and engage in meaningful conversations will be essential as you assist prospective residents.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Converting leads into community tours by proactively following up with prospects and sharing relevant information about our apartments and the surrounding area.
- Conducting personalized and informative tours of our communities that lead to new lease signings.
- Fostering brand loyalty by ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
- Generating excitement and interest through social media engagement.
- Working weekends to accommodate prospective residents' schedules—three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
- Traveling between various properties across Northern Virginia.
