Qualifications
Requirements:Previous experience in training clients or users, preferably related to software or the hotel sector.Basic knowledge of HR management, shift scheduling, or personnel planning.Excellent communication, pedagogical skills, and customer interaction.Willingness to travel across Spain for in-person training.Driver's license and personal vehicle (valued).Proficiency in digital tools: MS Office, Zoom/Teams, CRM, or other corporate applications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in hotels: reception, HR, operations, front office/back office, or other areas.Involvement in software implementation processes, PMS, or ERPs.Knowledge of English or other languages for training international teams.

We are seeking a dedicated SaaS Trainer to deliver practical training to managers, supervisors, and hotel directors implementing our HR solution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that teams understand the tool, adopt it seamlessly, and integrate it efficiently into their daily operations.
This position combines training, customer support, communication, and a solid understanding of the hotel industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct both in-person and online training sessions for hotel management and middle management teams.
- Demonstrate practical applications of managing shifts, time tracking, leave requests, and other functionalities of the platform.
- Support hotels throughout the implementation process, addressing questions and ensuring proper software adoption.
- Create and update training materials: quick guides, presentations, short videos, and user manuals.
- Identify user needs and relay actionable feedback to the support or product teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance customer experience and optimize training processes.
