- Serve as the primary safety supervisor, ensuring daily oversight of activities while creating an environment that minimizes workplace accident risks, in compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures to deliver high-quality services.
- Provide the company with technical assessments regarding existing workplace hazards and advise on effective elimination and neutralization measures.
- Educate employees about the risks associated with their tasks and the corresponding preventive actions.
- Evaluate work methods and processes to identify risk factors for accidents, occupational diseases, and harmful environmental agents, recommending their elimination or control.
- Implement safety and hygiene procedures, assessing outcomes and adjusting strategies to enhance prevention efforts.
- Conduct accident prevention programs and occupational health initiatives, monitoring and, if necessary, implementing corrective actions for deviations.
- Facilitate discussions, meetings, campaigns, lectures, and training sessions to promote safety and hygiene standards and technical topics.
- Encourage proactive measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases, including daily safety meetings.
- Generate and present documentation, statistical data, and performance assessments related to employee activities to management.
