What You'll Do:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base
• Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Create tailored sales strategies that align with company goals and meet specific client needs
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Comprehend client objectives and provide customized solutions to fulfill their business requirements
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to leadership with precise forecasting
• Keep detailed and current records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction
• Provide market insights and feedback to enhance products, services, and sales strategies
• Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development as needed
What You Bring:
• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrable history of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue targets and quotas
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor
• Strong relationship-building capabilities and a customer-centric approach focused on long-term success
• Proficient in CRM tools for lead tracking, opportunity management, and pipeline oversight
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
• Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying new opportunities and fostering business growth
• Organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Preferably a background in service-based or B2B industries
• Stable employment history demonstrating career growth and advancement
Key Success Metrics:
• Achievement of revenue targets and quota attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Quality of pipeline management and conversion rates from lead to closed deal
• Client satisfaction metrics and relationship maintenance across your portfolio
• Success in new business development and territory expansion
