Act as the main liaison for regional and national accounts, crafting strategies that align with customer objectives and promote TOMRA’s recycling solutions and associated products.
Possess an in-depth understanding of bottle bill legislation across various states (such as NY, MI, IA, CT, MA, ME, VT) and assist customers in navigating compliance and regulatory updates.
Oversee customer onboarding processes, including conducting site assessments, designing workflows, planning capacity, and managing the implementation of installations, upgrades, and retrofitting projects.
Educate customers about TOMRA’s equipment offerings, system functionalities, reporting capabilities, and operational best practices.
Track and evaluate operational metrics across multiple locations, assessing uptime, service trends, and redemption volumes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate closely with field service and operations teams to ensure proactive maintenance and swift resolution of technical challenges.
Deliver performance dashboards and strategic insights to empower customers in improving their operations and optimizing labor and throughput.
Manage contract renewals, service agreements, and commercial negotiations while identifying opportunities for solution enhancements and business growth.
Conduct training sessions for store and redemption center personnel on machine operations, troubleshooting techniques, safety protocols, and compliance requirements; create educational materials and workshops.
Serve as the escalation point for operational challenges, coordinating cross-departmental teams to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
Facilitate quarterly or semi-annual business reviews, providing insights on performance metrics, regulatory influences, and operational efficiencies.
Manage site visits across a multi-state territory, maintain consistent communication, and ensure accurate CRM documentation (IFS).
Represent TOMRA at bottle bill association gatherings, recycling industry conferences, environmental sustainability forums, and local stakeholder meetings.
