The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Sales & Account Manager to drive commercial success across the VIC & TAS territory, focusing on government clients.
This role is quota-carrying and hands-on, embedded within the Government team, predominantly engaging with local government while also having the potential to extend into state government and relevant federal agencies.
You will serve as the primary commercial liaison for your portfolio, cultivating trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, enhancing product adoption, identifying growth prospects, and ensuring the renewal and expansion of contracts.
Your responsibilities will involve balancing proactive new business initiatives with consultative account management, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
