Qualifications
With a Bac to Bac+2 education, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administrationExperience in the automotive and/or military sectors is a plusYou possess a strong customer service orientationYou demonstrate confidentialityYou have experience with ERP systems and are proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or SAP would be advantageous

Within the Support Department and the Spare Parts ADV service, you will manage the orders of spare parts in France, ensuring compliance with our diverse contractual requirements.
Client activity: Defense sector
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring customer orders
- Preparing and providing the necessary documentation for delivery
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the specificities related to the export of military equipment
- Initiating shipments
- Resolving quality and quantity disputes with supply chain stakeholders
- Tracking disputes and requests related to delivery timelines
- Managing inventory and requests for modifications
