- Oversee the Sales CRM and SAP ERP SD modules, ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Maintain and update customer data in SAP, including record creation and modification.
- Prepare quotations in SAP and daily review of open quotation management, ensuring quality control throughout the quotation process.
- Generate sales documents for clients including vendor registration forms, creation of standard orders, sales contracts (including delivery guides), invoicing, and delivery records in agreement with clients.
- Track customer interactions throughout the sales and distribution process up to collection.
- Archive original documents (purchase orders, sales contracts, delivery guides, financial documents, etc.), scan them, and store them in SAP.
- Provide support to the sales team in bidding processes.
- Execute additional administrative tasks related to office management.
