Position: Sales Administrator / Coordinator
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 10 months
Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, UK (Kinly operates a hybrid working model, blending office and home working)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9 am - 5:30 pm)
Compensation: £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata based on experience, plus additional company benefits

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to become a part of Yorktel-Kinly’s vibrant global sales administration team, providing essential support to the corporate sales team and potentially other divisions within business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with the in-country account manager and their accounts, and offer sales support to the wider account base.
- Handle incoming quote requests and generate necessary sales documentation for these accounts.
- Log entries and process orders within our software systems.
- Coordinate requests across internal departments and with external suppliers.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to support the broader sales team and sales processes.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance as required.
