The Team: We are seeking a Sales Administrator to become a vital part of our Wholesale Team, responsible for managing global partnerships that resell Ledger products to end consumers. This position, based in Paris, will focus on our distributors in the Asian market. You will oversee the complete sales fulfillment process and act as the central operational link for our resellers and internal stakeholders.
Your Mission
Manage the entire sales fulfillment process, including invoicing, payment, shipment, and delivery.
Create and manage orders within our back-office system.
Serve as the primary operational contact for our Asian distributors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various departments such as accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, and legal.
Oversee the qualification and onboarding process for new resellers.
Collaborate on tools and process enhancements to establish automated workflows, experiment with AI solutions, and contribute to the integration of AI within the team.
Maintain organized, structured, and well-documented data to facilitate reporting and analysis.
