As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly faces that welcome our customers and embody the essence of our brand. You will have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every turn. Whether it's initiating conversations, assisting at the checkout, helping in fitting rooms, or throughout the store, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include handling deliveries, restocking inventory, and merchandising the latest clothing items in store.
Your role is crucial in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers throughout their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire them. Together, in collaboration with your team, you will create meaningful moments.
While prior experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are a plus, they are not mandatory.
