As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our shoppers. You will guide customers through our store, actively promoting our latest fashion collections while utilizing your product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining garment presentation, ensuring a tidy sales floor, and collaborating closely with your team to uphold our high standards of service.
A Day in the Life
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Engaging customers in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Helping customers navigate our fashion trends and product offerings across the store.
- Promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and our sustainability initiatives.
- Supporting the store management team in achieving sales targets through effective commercial actions.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
- Utilize your fashion knowledge to provide customers with tailored information.
Team Development
- Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to all store procedures and legal requirements.
- Participate in onboarding, training, and development opportunities.
Retail Operations
- Manage the full garment cycle from unpacking to presentation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in fitting room and checkout operations.
- Contribute to a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
