As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You will assist clients during their store visits and help them find the right products by showcasing our offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sharing your knowledge of fashion and products while supporting customers in making the best decisions.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure outstanding service at every stage of the customer’s store visit.
- Maintaining the condition of products and ensuring cleanliness on the sales floor.
- Assisting with opening and closing the store.
- Building a positive brand image during customer interactions.
- Actively promoting the loyalty program, making shopping a rewarding experience for customers.
