As a Sales Advisor at hmgroup, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your role will involve engaging with customers throughout their shopping journey—from initiating conversations to assisting them at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and on the shop floor. You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall shopping experience, processing deliveries, restocking shelves, and elegantly merchandising our latest collections.
With a warm demeanor and infectious enthusiasm, you will guide customers, offering genuine assistance and proactive service that inspires and uplifts their experience. Working collaboratively with your team, you will help create memorable moments that reflect the essence of our brand.
While prior experience in customer service and a knowledge of fabrics are advantageous, they are not essential for this role.
