About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our client’s team and enhance their sales efforts by arranging qualified meetings with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You'll confirm their interest in our services and effectively manage the scheduling of appointments between prospects and sales representatives. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a steady pipeline of quality, sales-ready appointments, facilitating the progression of sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
- Initiate contact with leads through calling, emailing, and messaging based on lead lists or incoming inquiries.
- Verify prospects' interest and availability prior to arranging meetings.
- Assess leads based on fundamental criteria such as industry, role, requirement, and budget alignment.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Arrange meetings between prospects and sales representatives using platforms like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or Google/Outlook calendars.
- Effectively manage time zone variations to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Send out meeting confirmations, reminders, and reschedule when necessary.
CRM & Data Management:
- Record all interactions in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Update lead statuses and notes with precise information.
- Maintain organized and current records of appointments and their outcomes.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Executives to identify and align with target prospects.
- Provide comprehensive context on prospects during handoffs.
- Share insights from interactions to help refine outreach strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor metrics such as calls made, emails sent, appointments arranged, and show rates.
- Identify obstacles (e.g., low show rates) and propose enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple calendars and navigating different time zones.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Experience assisting SDR/BDR teams in fast-paced environments.
