What does the role entail?
As a Sales Associate at NiCE, you will collaborate with our most seasoned Enterprise and Strategic sales professionals, playing a crucial role in supporting some of our largest and most influential accounts. This unique entry-level opportunity allows you to learn from top performers, gain insight into intricate sales processes, and develop the skills necessary for a future quota-carrying position.
In this role, while you won’t be responsible for meeting sales targets yet, you will engage strategically by assisting account directors, advancing key initiatives, uncovering new opportunities, and helping to drive momentum within high-value accounts. Your contributions will directly impact how NiCE strengthens relationships, expands our presence, and adds value for our most strategic customers.

How will you make an impact?
- Expand relationships and drive growth through coordination with Account Executives (AEs) on strategic initiatives.
- Support the complete sales cycle for existing opportunities.
- Manage and close appropriately sized opportunities that boost total account Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Generate additional pipeline through targeted outreach, re-engagement of dormant opportunities, and follow-up campaigns.
- Enhance deal size, speed, and account penetration by executing expansion and cross-sell strategies.
- Sustain momentum between AE-led executive conversations by facilitating procurement, legal, and technical discussions.
