- Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; assist in merchandise selection based on their preferences.
- Stay informed about current sales promotions and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other assigned tasks by management.
- Participate in visual merchandising directives including monthly store setups and zone maintenance.
Customer Experience:
- Exemplify and promote our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Quickly address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Provide efficient register transactions, staying knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security procedures.
- Encourage add-on sales and reinforce buying decisions at checkout.
- Enroll customers in our rewards program.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consulting.
- Maintain knowledge of current product fit and style offerings in-store and online.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients using our customer book.
Operational Excellence:
- Support replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked.
- Assist with locating fulfillment tasks.
- Help execute visual directives, including displays, window changes, and signage placements as directed.
- Contribute to maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization.
