SUMMARY OF JOB: As a Sales Associate at Trexcon Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting our Management Team by delivering exceptional products and ensuring a welcoming work environment. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, as well as engaging with our valued customers, is key to success in this position.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Adhere to Trexcon policies and procedures in all activities.
- Engage in effective communication with all staff members.
- Adapt to changes efficiently and undertake various tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility.
- Embrace and promote Trexcon’s mission statement and Core Values.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service.
- Advocate for the Smart Rewards Program.
- Prepare coffee and maintain cleanliness in fountain areas.
- Ensure the parking lot is clean through regular sweeping, hosing, and trash collection.
- Regularly wipe down gas dispensers.
- Utilize the current scanning process to check in vendors.
- Restock coolers and freezers as needed.
- Sweep and mop the floors consistently.
- Stock and maintain cleanliness of roller grills.
- Organize and front products on shelves.
- Keep the fountain and coffee areas clean and well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
- Participate in store team meetings.
- Bag ice as required.
- Complete shift paperwork accurately.
- Manage trash disposal inside and outside the store.
- Check in gas deliveries efficiently.
- Collect outside trash regularly.
- Ensure sidewalks and parking lots are clean.
- Maintain cleanliness of the donut case.
- Perform duties as outlined in the Restaurant Clerks job description if applicable.
- Accurately process monetary transactions at the register.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
