What will you do?
As a Sales Associate at MS Mode, no two days are alike. You will proactively engage with customers, initiate conversations, provide honest style advice, and ensure every woman feels comfortable. You will assist in creating outfits that not only look great but also feel great. Additionally, you'll maintain an appealing and organized store, from neatly displaying the collection to contributing ideas for presentation. You won’t hesitate to unpack shipments or handle busy moments at the register. When the shop manager is unavailable, you will effortlessly take on the responsibility to ensure smooth operations.
This position is based on a zero-hours contract with flexible hours that may vary weekly. Some weeks you may work more, other weeks less, depending on the store's needs. You will always receive your schedule in advance, so you know when you're expected to work. We are looking for someone who is available on weekends and can also assist during busy periods and holidays. This is a strict requirement for this role.
