As a Sales Compensation Analyst at New Relic, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Commission. Your core responsibilities will include accurately calculating monthly commissions, managing our Sales Compensation tool, Xactly Incent, and acting as the primary commissions partner for various sales teams.
