• Achieve and surpass sales targets, KPIs, and marketing objectives set by the business unit.
• Manage a portfolio of clients by strategically planning visits and conducting follow-up assessments to continuously enhance sales performance. Effectively address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns, while consistently prompting logical and reasonable calls to action to close each sales call.
• Proactively aspire to meet customers' needs, expectations, and challenges to build trustful relationships and achieve mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and clients.
• Develop and implement a visit/call plan that includes established information, optimizing coverage and frequency for key clients, and maximizing access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously develop an understanding of client needs and expectations, market landscape, competitor dynamics, and share market intelligence with the field team, brand team, and sales manager to ensure alignment, anticipate changes and challenges in the environment, and optimize brand strategy and execution.
