Discover how Ebury can catalyze your career and help you shape the future.Position: Senior Product Manager (Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)Department: Financial CrimeLocation: Ebury Málaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home each weekAbout the RoleAs we broaden our capabilities across new verticals (e.g., embedded payments), new products (e.g., cards), and new payment rails (e.g., stablecoins), Anti Money Laundering controls are becoming increasingly vital to our product strategy.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain, overseeing Transaction Monitoring across fiat, crypto, card, and hybrid payment flows. You will manage the Transaction Monitoring product area, collaborating with First Line, Compliance, Engineering, and Data teams.Your primary focus will be on developing scalable, regulator-ready controls that support growth across traditional and digital asset payment rails while adhering to various compliance frameworks.This position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.Key ResponsibilitiesManage growth versus risk trade-offs effectively.Utilize data and research to pinpoint pain points, explore anomalies, and implement optimizations.Establish the strategy for your area, ensuring it aligns with the broader goals of the Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain and the company’s direction.Develop a clear, actionable roadmap covering:- Fiat to fiat transactions- Fiat to crypto transactions (primarily stablecoins)- Crypto to crypto transactions- Card transactionsDefine and refine Transaction Monitoring rules, scenarios, risk typologies, and predictive AI models in accordance with various compliance frameworks, considering Crypto Travel Rule requirements.Enhance false positive reduction, alert quality, and operational scalability.
